Shipping and Delivery 

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. TCW Apparel can not be held liable for delays and lost, stolen packages in which are beyond our control. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact us at sales@TCWapparel.com prior to purchasing.

All International orders- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are 14 - 21 business days depends on your country as well.  TCW Apparel can not be held liable for delays and lost, stolen packages in which are beyond our control. If you want to use different shipping method such as FedEx, UPS or EMS to your order please contact us at sales@TCWapparel.com prior to purchasing.

TCW Apparel will ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekends.
All orders placed between 12:00pm (PST) on Fridays and 11:59pm (PST) on Sundays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and Paypal.

 

Order Status- Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock will ship the next business day. Items that are currently out stock will ship immediately after their arrival (usually between 3-5 business days). Items purchased that are on back order and do not become available within the 3-5 business days time period will be refunded to the purchasing bank/credit card on file. A confirmation email will be sent with delivery information once an order is processed.

7 day Return Policy

TCW Apparel needs you to be ecstatic and confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receipt for an return after obtaining a return acceptance by sending a message to (505) 715-3537 or emailing sales@TCWapparel.com To ensure our ability to continue offering our customers great prices, no returns will be accepted after the 7 day period. If you decide to mail the return exceeding 7 day period, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

To receive a full refund, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and tag attached. All shipping charges including the cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. All sale items are considered as a Final Sale.

 

Swimwear-  All Swimwear is considered Final Sale. No refunds, No exchanges.

 

Damages and Claims

Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email us at sales@TCWApparel.com  including "DAMAGE" in the subject line and let us know what went wrong. You must contact TCW Apparel within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.

Pricing

TCW Apparel reserves the right to adjust the pricing of items at anytime, without any notice. Sales tax applies to all California residents.
